The SUV lift is the most popular and most frequently applied product in the American parking lift industry. This innovative product is designed for the widest possible array of vehicles including SUVs, crossovers, sedans, collector and exotic vehicles. With the SUV lift we are the first company to offer a lift of this size that features 100% hotdipped galvanized steel with dual hydraulic lifting cylinders and steel-on-steel locks.
Annually this product makes up 80% of our total sales and installations. Harding Steel designed this machine with real estate developers, architects, engineers, automotive dealers, and commercial parking operators in mind. With the SUV lift we can place the machine on a standard 8 foot parking space, and still accommodate a majority of larger SUV’s and sedans. The most recent development for Harding Steel is the SUV XL which is 6 inches wider and longer for the maximum amount of clearance for doors and wider vehicles. The SUV XL is ideal for parking regulations that require spaces to be 8 and half feet wide, or for self-parking applications. The SUV and SUV XL can be configured for drive-through and tandem parking applications. The SUV lifts can be utilized in clearances as low as 10'6" with the maximum being as high as the top vehicle (outdoors). Two full size SUV’s will fit on top and below in 13'4" floor to ceiling clearances indoors.
